August 2025 Market Snapshot for Zip Code 32937 and the Space Coast

The August 2025 numbers are, again, relatively flat. While the Median Sales Price went up 14% for the 32937 Zip Code it went down 5% for condos and went up 6% for single family homes. The county was down about 4% across the board. The average days on market have gone up and the number of properties for sale has gone down for both the county and the Zip Code.
It is still a buyer’s market for condos and a balanced market for single family homes.
The 32937 Zip Code is part of the Space Coast and consists of Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, and South Patrick Shores. It is bounded by Patrick Space Force Base to the north, Eau Gallie Causeway to the south, the Atlantic Ocean to the East, and the Banana River to the west.
