September 2026 Real Estate Stats for 32937 and the Space Coast

September 2026 was pretty flat.   Median Sales Price for the 32937 Zip Code dropped 4% and stayed even for the county. The prices for Single Family Residences dropped 1% in the county and 9% for the Zip Code.  Condominium and Townhome prices dropped 3% for the county and 1% for the Zip Code.

Sale price per square foot has gone up across the board.  Combined with the above, this tells us that smaller properties have been selling.

The number of properties for sale dropped across the board as well.

We are in a seller’s market heading for a balanced market for single family homes while we are still in a buyer’s market for condos.

The 32937 Zip Code is part of the Space Coast and consists of Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, and South Patrick Shores.  It is bounded by Patrick Space Force Base to the north, Eau Gallie Causeway to the south, the Atlantic Ocean to the East, and the Banana River to the west.
