May 2026 Real Estate Stats for 32937 and the Space Coast

Some interesting data for the May 2026 Median Sales Prices within the 32937 Zip Code but little change for the county.  While the overall Median Sales Price for the Zip Code rose a small amount, it dropped 12% for Single Family residences and rose 35% for Condos and Townhomes.  This demonstrates how a small date set (56 properties) can vary more than a larger data set (989 properties).  The number of properties sold has increased slightly for the County (5%) but more significantly for the Zip Code (14%).

We are certainly in a seller’s market for single family homes while we are still more in a buyer’s market for condos but approaching a balanced market.

The 32937 Zip Code is part of the Space Coast and consists of Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, and South Patrick Shores.  It is bounded by Patrick Space Force Base to the north, Eau Gallie Causeway to the south, the Atlantic Ocean to the East, and the Banana River to the west.
