July 2026 Real Estate Stats for 32937 and the Space Coast

July 2026 saw the overall Median Sales Price for the 32937 Zip Code rise 14% to $565K and remain steady at $367K for the county.  The prices for Single Family Residences diverged with the Zip Code rising 7% to $645K and the county drop 2% to $380K.  Condominium and Townhome prices rose slightly for both areas.

Properties generally sold faster during the summer.  In particular Single Family Residences; likely so that families could settle in before school starts.

We are certainly in a seller’s market for single family homes while we are still slightly in a buyer’s market for condos with a slight increase in inventory.

The 32937 Zip Code is part of the Space Coast and consists of Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, and South Patrick Shores.  It is bounded by Patrick Space Force Base to the north, Eau Gallie Causeway to the south, the Atlantic Ocean to the East, and the Banana River to the west.
