June 2025 Market Snapshot for Zip Code 32937 and the Space Coast

The June 2025 numbers are surprising! It was good to be a condo seller last month in the zip code – not so much in the county as a whole. The overall Median Sales Price jumped 9% in the 32937 Zip Code rose 4% on the Space Coast overall. The number of properties sold went up 3% for the Zip Code and down 7% for the County. The average sales price per square foot went up 20% for the Zip Code and remained the same for the county. The average days on market dropped 4% in the county and rose 2% in the Zip Code. The number of properties for sale dropped 5% for the county and 16% for the Zip Code. Builders are still constructing single-family homes and condominiums in the area. There are numerous remodels and rebuilds going on as well.

The above numbers include both Single Family homes and Townhouses/Condominiums. Both the county and the Zip Code saw increases in the median sales price of Single Family homes (4% and 5%, respectively). Townhomes/Condominiums moved in different directions. The median sale price dropped 6% in the county but rose 16% in the Zip Code.

The months of inventory are once again approaching a seller’s market for Single Family homes but are solidly in the buyer’s market territory for Condos and Townhomes.
