February 2026 Real Estate Stats for 32937

The February 2026 numbers are, once again, pretty flat  for the county but there is a decrease in median sales price for the 32937 Zip Code.

The amount of inventory still indicates that it is a buyer’s market for condos and a balanced market for single family homes.

The 32937 Zip Code is part of the Space Coast and consists of Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, and South Patrick Shores.  It is bounded by Patrick Space Force Base to the north, Eau Gallie Causeway to the south, the Atlantic Ocean to the East, and the Banana River to the west.
