December 2025 Market Snapshot for Zip Code 32937 and the Space Coast

With one exception, the December 2025 numbers are pretty flat and better for the County than the 32937 Zip Code. The overall Median Sales Price rose 2% for the County but dropped 2% for the Zip Code.  Single family homes and condos also went in opposite directions – most notably for condos – up 9% for the County and down 21% for the Zip Code. The number of properties sold ranged from 0% to a 34% increase.   December is often a busy month for closings.  The number of properties for sale has ranged from an increase of 7% to a drop of 15%.

The amount of inventory still indicates that it is a buyer’s market for condos and a balanced market for single family homes.

The 32937 Zip Code is part of the Space Coast and consists of Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, and South Patrick Shores.  It is bounded by Patrick Space Force Base to the north, Eau Gallie Causeway to the south, the Atlantic Ocean to the East, and the Banana River to the west.
