September 2025 Market Snapshot for Zip Code 32937 and the Space Coast

The September 2025 numbers are, again, relatively flat. While the Median Sales Price went down 9% for the 32937 Zip Code, it actually went up 3% for condos though it dropped 4% for single family homes.  The county Median Sales Price was down about 2%.  The average days on market rose for the county but dropped for the Zip Code – both drive by condos – up 26% for the County and down 41% for the Zip Code.   The number of properties for sale has dropped across the board.

It is still a buyer’s market for condos and a balanced, but approaching buyer’s, market for single family homes.

The 32937 Zip Code is part of the Space Coast and consists of Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, and South Patrick Shores.  It is bounded by Patrick Space Force Base to the north, Eau Gallie Causeway to the south, the Atlantic Ocean to the East, and the Banana River to the west.
